July 2006 SLP is happy to announce the addition of
Mr. Doron Patt as Co-chairman of the board.
Mr. Patt has joined the company’s Board of Directors as active
Co-Chairman. Mr. Patt brings with him significant experience in
venture capital, after holding the position of Vice President at
the Challenge Fund – Etgar L.P., one of Israel’s leading venture
capital funds, for nearly a decade. Prior to that, Mr. Patt
served as an Associate with the U.S. law firm of Fried, Frank,
Harris, Shriver & Jacobson, where he specialized in securities
law. Mr. Patt holds an MBA from New York University and a J.D.
from the American University, Washington College of Law.

study was made by Prof. Strambi and Dr. Castronovo from the
Sleep Disorders Center in S. Raffaele hospital in Milan. The ATS

S.L.P starts to sell BiteStrip product in Japan through its
distributor Tokibo.
In parallel, S.L.P is sponsoring a large validation study of
BiteStrip in Japan, which takes place at the University of
Okayama by Prof. Kuboki and Dr. Minakuchi.

S.L.P is proud to introduce SLEEPSENSE – a new top brand
consolidating all of SLP’s sleep-lab sensors and accessories
activities and products. As of Jan. 2005 SLP will be organized
as three divisions: SLP-Israel will handle importing and
distribution of sleep diagnostics and therapy products in
Israel. SLP-MED will handle the “Strip” line of disposable home
screener for various sleep disorders, and SLEPSENSE will
continue the long time tradition of designing and manufacturing
the best sleep-lab sensors for sleep labs around the world,
currently distributed by Sleepmate, USA.

Charles, IL. and appointed Ken Godish as vice president and
general manager.
Godish brings more than 25 years of marketing and sales
management experience
in the medical device industry, and has played key roles in two
successful

SLP has received U.S. Food and Drug Administration approval of
the BiteStrip™, as an aid in the evaluation of excessive
nocturnal jaw muscle activity, known as Bruxism. The device is
generally indicated for use by orofacial pain professionals or
dentists, to evaluate nocturnal masticatory muscle activity
level, which may be related to the patient's bruxism,
temporomandibular disorder (TMD) or other oral function
disorders during sleep.
The actual sales and marketing activity of the BS in the States,
is expected to begin during June.

has won a Gold Medical Design Excellence Award in an international
competition organized by Canon Communications for its BiteStrip
product. In 2002, SLP won the Golden Excellence Award for the
SleepStrip, a disposable sensor for home diagnosis of sleep
apnea.
