Doron Patt, CEO and Co-Chairman Mr. Patt assumed the role of CEO of
S.L.P. in early 2007, after serving as the Company’s active
Co-Chairman for approximately one year. Prior to joining S.L.P., Mr.
Patt served as Vice President at the Challenge Fund – Etgar L.P., one
of Israel’s leading venture capital funds, for nearly a decade. Prior
to that, Mr. Patt was an Associate with the U.S. law firm of Fried,
Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson, where he specialized in securities
law. Mr. Patt holds a B.S., magna cum laude, and an MBA from New York
University and a J.D. from the American University, Washington College
of Law. He is a member of the Massachusetts and District of Columbia
bar associations.
Noam
Hadas, CTO
Noam holds MSc degree in Electronics Engineering, with specialty in
fiber-optic sensors.
Immediately after completing his education Noam Established Innotech
Ltd, which was merged into SLP.
Noam is partner and was R&D mgr. of SLP since its formation in
1993.
Noam is the developer and inventor of all its products.
Yossi Murad, CFO
Yossi began his employment with SLP in January 2001, as a CFO. Yossi
is a CPA (ISR) as of
November 1999 and prior to joining SLP, served as a Senior Auditor
in Somekh Chaikin KPMG
accountancy firm, specializing in telecommunications and medical devices
related start-up companies.
Yossi also engages in lecturing finance and economics in a number
of academic institutions.
Ronen Castro, Corporate Marketing Mgr
Ronen Castro has many years experience in international
marketing of Medical Technology. Prior to joining SLP, Ronen was a
partner and the Marketing Manager for DCS Medical, an Israeli
manufacturer
of Endoscopy products. Previously he was the Director of Sales for
VersaMed, a leading manufacturer of advanced portable ventilation
machines. From 1996-2000, Ronen Castro was the European Market Sales
Manager for Contec Medical. Ronen Castro has a vast experience in
developing international marketing and sales activity. He is also a
Member of the Board of the Medical Division in The Israeli Export
Institute and voluntarily consults to early stage medical equipment
companies. Ronen Castro holds an MBA degree from Ben-Gurion
University.
Dr. Tamar Shochat, Clinical Director
Dr Tamar Shochat is a graduate of the Department of Behavioral Biology
at the School of Medicine
of the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, where she studied
and performed research on sleep
and circadian rhythms in the sleep laboratory headed by Prof. Peretz
Lavie. She continued her training
as a post-doctoral fellow at the Psychiatry Department, School of
Medicine of the University of California,
San Diego, where she performed clinical studies examining sleep disorders
in the elderly under the
supervision of Dr Sonia Ancoli-Israel.
